Faisal Waged, Esq.
Attorney Faisal Waged founded Waged Law Group in 2022 and has dedicated his career to the practice of family law in Massachusetts. Faisal's practice includes but is not limited to divorce, child custody, contempt, modifications, guardianships, adoptions, paternity, estate planning, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Faisal brings a balanced and focused approach to family law practice. He seeks to provide services in the most cost-effective manner to best serve his clients' interests. Many of his clients deal with highly personal and stressful matter. Faisal understands that his clients are often going through the most difficult period in their lives, and he treats them with compassion and sensitivity.

Furthermore, Faisal couples his legal expertise with a broad knowledge of Islamic family law and Islamic estate planning. This knowledge provides him with a unique perspective to assist the Muslim community in Massachusetts in understanding the intersection of law with their religious practice and achieving their goals in and outside of Court. Faisal received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New Jersey.
